Kırık bir Aşk Hikayesi (A Broken Love Story)

This is a 1981 movie by Ömer Kavur based on a story by Selim İleri. It’s set in a small town on the Black Sea where Aysel (Hümeyra Akbay) is posted as a high school teacher. Fuat (Kadir İnanır) is a graduate of the school and the eldest son of a deeply indebted family. He is engaged to the daughter of a local businessman who holds the debt.
